Caring Senior Service's training, support, and business model minimize the need for home care OR healthcare experience. Our franchise owners come from a variety of backgrounds. Many of our owners come from completely unrelated fields, but they all have a few things in common: Strong communication and organization skills, a proven ability to manage people, a willingness to work persistently toward their goals, a high level of resilience, the ability to cultivate high trust relationships and the desire to make an impact in the lives of others.
All new Caring Senior Service franchise owners are enrolled into our three-week training system which includes in-person training here at our headquarters in San Antonio. Once in-person training is complete one of our Operations & Support Leaders will fly out and conduct marketing visits and operational overview assistance with the new owner within his or her territory. We also provide ongoing support and coaching, as well as multiple national training conferences every quarter open to all franchise owners.
