Caring Senior Service's training, support and business model minimize the need for senior care experience. Our franchise owners come from a variety of backgrounds. Many of our owners come from completely unrelated fields, but they all have a few things in common: A willingness to work persistently toward their goals, a high level of resilience, the ability to cultivate high trust relationships and the desire to make an impact in the lives of others.
All new Caring Senior Service franchise owners are enrolled into our two week online training course which is followed by in-person training here at our headquarters in San Antonio. Once in-person training is complete someone from the corporate headquarters marketing team will fly out and conduct marketing visits with the new owner within his or her territory. We also provide ongoing support and coaching, as well as multiple national training conferences every year open to all franchise owners.
