Caring Senior Service is continuing its national expansion with the opening of its first Virginia location in the city of Fredericksburg. The new location will provide Caring Senior Service’s proprietary GreatCare® to the community’s elderly.
After a fulfilling 7 and a half year career serving in the United States Air Force, as well as an additional fifteen years as a Department of Defense contractor, franchisee Nathan Delane moved to Virginia to be with his family, where he began to notice the many aspects of life in which his elders needed care and assistance. When his grandmother suffered a stroke, requiring her to spend a year in a nursing home, Nathan played an active role in managing her care, which inspired him to make the decision to enter the senior care industry.
“I have always wanted to open my own business, and after seeing how upset it made my grandmother to leave her home for a nursing home, it inspired me to enter the senior care industry, said Delane. “I knew that Caring Senior Service was the right decision for me and the residents of Fredericksburg because they care greatly- not only for their clients, but their continuously growing family of colleagues and caregivers.”
“Nathan’s previous military and government contract experience brings with it the high level of detail one learns while serving in the armed forces. We are proud to add Nathan to the Caring Senior Service family,” said Jeff Salter, founder and CEO of Caring Senior Service. “He will be a valuable asset to the Caring Senior Service brand, and we are confident that Fredericksburg senior community will be taken care of by Nathan and his team of caregivers.”
