Caring Senior Service Franchisees Receive Outstanding Awards in Franchising

By Caring News

Caring Senior Service franchisees, Jane and Richard Daume, were honored today by the International Franchise Association with its annual Franchisee of the Year Award.
Franchise owners representing 36 franchise systems across several industries were recognized during the IFA’s 14th Annual Public Affairs Conference for their outstanding performance and contributions made to enhance the growth and development of franchising.

Jane and Richard joined the Caring Senior Service family in 2004 to provide seniors with GreatCare® ensuring their clients remain Healthy, Happy and Home. The Daume’s passion for senior care resulted from the exceptional care Jane’s father received from skilled caregivers until he passed away. They recognized a need for this level of care in the home. Jane and Richard currently own and operate two Caring Senior Service franchises in Phoenix and Scottsdale, AZ. Their incredible success is driven by their dedication and enthusiasm, ensuring clients and their
families are in kind, capable and caring hands.

The Franchisee of the Year Award is a major component of the IFA’s Public Affairs Conference, which brings more than 400 franchise business leaders together in Washington, D.C. to carry the key messages of franchising. During the next two days continuing through Sept. 17, franchise industry leaders will meet with over 200 congressional offices about issues important to the future of franchising such as tax certainty, healthcare reform, immigration and access to credit.

“Jane and Richard have shown valuable insight and great understanding of the industry while providing their local community with GreatCare,” said Jeff Salter, founder and CEO. “We are thrilled that their hard work and commitment is being recognized with such a prestigious award.”

“The IFA is proud to recognize the outstanding efforts of Jane and Richard with the Franchisee of the Year Award and thank them not only for their work to promote franchising, but for the contributions they make every day to showcase how local business owners propel the economy in communities across the country,” said IFA Chairman Steve Romaniello, managing director, Roark Capital Group.

The Franchisee of the Year Award ceremony is held in Washington D.C. on September 16th. For information regarding The International Franchise Association please visit www.franchise.org.
