Caring Senior Service established an employee reward program, called Caring Rewards, to help recognize caregivers who fulfill our GreatCare® promise. GreatCare is our method of delivering home care services. It encompasses quality caregivers, care solutions, and active involvement.
Caregivers earn points for completing various tasks associated with delivering GreatCare. They can redeem those points for items they want out of an online catalog.
