Top-Notch Training & Support

By Caring News

Director of Learning & Development at Caring Senior Service, Kimberly Johnson-Searcy, got candid about how the new owner training prepares individuals to run their own home care business in an interview with Franchise Dictionary Magazine.

During this comprehensive training, new owners learn how to manage day-to-day operations, marketing activities, and human resources. They are also trained on Caring's proprietary Tendio software and how to leverage the tablet-based technology in their business.

Training takes place in several phases to help new owners process and implement what they learn.

  • Virtual training: New owners start with a week of in-person training, which includes the fundamentals of home care and the Caring business model.
  • In-person training: Owners travel to our headquarters in San Antonio to dive deeper into the Caring business model and get additional hands-on experience.
  • 16-week core development: Owners receive coaching from HQ staff for 16 weeks to help them stay on track with key milestones.

Of course, following this training, owners can always call the Support Team with any questions or concerns. Hear more from Kimberly about new owner training in this article from Franchise Dictionary Magazine.
